Everyone's got their thing — the stuff that makes a regular Tuesday feel like something worth remembering. For our family, it's always been a mix: mornings at the beach with our pups, a good book, dice on the table for game night, the hum of a small airplane overhead, and — always — a great cup of coffee. My Favorite Coffee Shop grew out of all of that. I'm a Naval Academy graduate and Navy veteran, a general aviation pilot, a Catholic, a Jeep guy, a tabletop RPG player, a reader, a dog dad, and someone who believes the best conversations happen over great coffee. For years those passions lived in separate corners of my life. One day it hit me: a coffee truck could bring all of them together — and invite everyone else in. Our coffee is roasted by Carmelite monks at Mystic Monk Coffee, because supporting people of faith matters to us. Our menu pulls from beach culture — Shore Leave Limeades named after our chocolate labs, drinks with callsigns borrowed from the flight line. The truck itself is a little bit flight deck, a little bit shoreline, and a whole lot of community. Whether you're rolling through on the B&A Trail, grabbing a cup before school drop-off, stopping by after Mass, or you just spotted us at a farmers market and followed the smell — you're welcome here. Veterans, pilots, families, adventurers, regulars, first-timers. Pull up, say hi, and stay a while. This is my favorite coffee shop. We hope it becomes yours too.
